Biography
Jazmine Brinkley (Nimbus) is an interdisciplinary artist whose work explores how visual order, simplicity, and nature shapes our experience of space. Working across physical and digital mediums, she explores how the interplay of color, pattern, and texture influence the ambience and emotional character of a space. Drawing from backgrounds in fashion, sculpture, interior design, graphic design, and psychology, her practice considers how thoughtful composition can foster a deeper connection to place.
About NimbusPOV
NimbusPOV is my creative studio, where art, nature, and design come together to shape spaces that feel intentional, calm, and connected.
I create paintings, installations, ambient visuals, and biophilic spaces for homes, businesses, and public environments. While every project looks different, they're all guided by the same idea: that the spaces we spend time in can influence how we think, feel, and connect with the world around us.
I'm fascinated by why certain colors, textures, shapes, and natural elements feel timeless when they're brought together. That curiosity carries through everything I create, whether it's a custom painting, a living plant installation, or digital visuals designed to quietly exist within a space.
Rather than filling a room, I think about how a space should feel. Every project begins with that question and grows from there, using color, composition, natural materials, and thoughtful placement to create environments that feel balanced, welcoming, and alive.
Brand Collaborations
NimbusPOV is a consortium of artistic talents transformed into services aimed at elevating the presence of other brands. We achieve this by delivering a combination of digital and ambient visuals. Our approach adapts to our clients' visions, allowing us to craft creations by hand or through digital means. Whether we're crafting installations, enhancing plant interior decor, or producing photos and videos, all our designs share a common thread of biophilic design. This entails seamlessly integrating natural elements or raw materials into indoor spaces. We've had the pleasure of collaborating with various brands, including providing services in the realms of social media and digital content for skincare brand Itadi, biophilic interior decor at the Australian embassy, and creating a plant mural for The Bussdown DC at Western Market Foodhall.
